A. SHIPPING COSTS

·         United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.

·         International Orders: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Additional duties and taxes may apply for international shipments.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

·         Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

·         Transit time: International orders typically take 7–12 business days.

·         Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use trusted carriers, including Royal Mail and other reliable partners, to deliver your order.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. To update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at SUPPORT@CLASSICFIT.CO.UK.

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it if possible and notify us immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were away, contact us at SUPPORT@CLASSICFIT.CO.UK with photos and details.

G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

For certain products shipped directly from our manufacturer:

1.      Shipping Method: Standard economy ground or equivalent service may be used.

2.      Processing: 1–2 business days before dispatch.

3.      Tracking: You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

4.      Updates: In the event of delays, we will keep you informed via email.

Please note that manufacturer direct shipping involves third-party partners, and delivery times can vary.

H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
