Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Classic Fit, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to customers in the United Kingdom.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

·         Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

·         All customized or manufacturer-direct items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

B. RETURN PROCESS

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong, defective, or the wrong size. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at SUPPORT@CLASSICFIT.CO.UK.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

G. NO REFUND POLICY FOR UNUSED DISCOUNTS

Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds for discounts that were not used at the time of purchase. Discounts and promotions must be applied during the checkout process, and retroactive adjustments are not possible.
